All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of confirmation of booking and at the tariffs applicable according to the season.

The proprietors cannot accept liability for the loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe keeping.

Meal times are prearranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Accounts must be paid in full before departure.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be relet, the person making the booking or their representative will be liable to pay the total cost of the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract at any time should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause detriment to any other guest, the property or the proprietors.
